How can I order my supplies?

Give us a call 1-800-935-3011! Any time that works for you will work for us. If you already know what you want, you can also send us an email at contact@protexia-plast.com. In any case, you can fill this contact form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can mail us a check to our PO Box in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. If you need the supplies urgently, you can pay us online. We will email you a secure link to pay with an e-check. If you're more comfortable over the phone, we can also process e-checks that way, and run any major credit card. We do charge a 3% processing fee for any credit card payment. For more payment options, please give us a call!

How do I qualify for your deferred payment plan?

Give us the name of your business and your billing address and you may automatically qualify for our terms of payment: 45 days to pay us, 0% fees, 0% interest! The minimum amount required is $2,500. There is no credit check of any sorts. We may ask you to fill out a form about your business or to give a quick phone call to our credit department.

Is there a minimum volume required to order?

No! We fulfill ANY SIZE ORDER.

Do I have to pay shipping fees on my order?

We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in North America on 1 or more pallets orders! If your order is smaller than 1 pallet, we may charge you part of what we pay to ship your order.

Does Protexia ever offer sales?

Our pre-season sale runs from November 15th through January 31st, if you place your order during that time you will receive discounts! We may also have temporary sales during the year (4th of July, Trade Shows...), give us a call 1-800-935-3011 or follow our social media (Facebook/Twitter) to stay updated and get an even better deal on the supplies you love!

When will I receive my supplies?

We carry most of our products in stock, and our main hub is in Lombard, Illinois. Orders placed before 1pm can usually ship same day, and be delivered in as little as one business day in the Midwest, and no more than 6 business days anywhere in North America. Please note that unless specified at the time you order, we do not guarantee any delivery times for LTL shipments.

What is your return policy?

Customer service is our number one priority, and if you received some defective products from us, please give us a call at 1-800-935-3011 to let us know. If you notice some damage when you receive the products, please make note of it on the Bill Of Lading that the driver asks you to sign, and take some pictures whenever possible. Either way, we will gladly replace or refund any defective products. We do ask that you store the defective item until we tell you what to do with it (return to us or dispose of it).
